Most items are normally shipped on the next business day.
RETURN POLICY
We have free shipping and a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied, return your order within 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund, less the cost of return shipping. It can take up to 3 weeks for a credit to appear or 4-6 weeks to receive a refund check. Returns should be wrapped in the original packaging.
The rugs will be inspected upon arrival. If they have been soiled or damaged, they may be refused, or you may incur additional fees. No refunds will be given after 30 days.
If your rug is shipped to the shipping address you provided, and the rug is unable to be delivered for any reason, and then you cancel your order, your purchase will be refunded less 20% to cover the initial shipping and handling, credit card fees, and all taxes associated with your order.
